Golden Taxi Krk, owned by Filip Crnčić (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier", "we, us or our"). Our authorized company is located at Hlapa 6, 51514 Dobrinj, Croatia. Make sure you read these terms and conditions carefully before making any reservation, as they contain crucial details regarding your legal rights and obligations, and you will be bound by them.
These booking conditions, together with the information on our website and your voucher, form the complete contract between us and you and cover all reservations made through our website.
Booking a Transport
To place an order, you must follow the ordering procedures on the booking form on our website. All orders must be submitted at least 5 hours before your arrival. We have the right to refuse any order submitted by you. We do not guarantee the successful execution of every booking request. If we are unable to execute your booking request, we will send you an email to inform you of this. Other solutions may be offered which could include additional costs. We will confirm your booking request to the email address you provided when ordering.
You confirm that all information you provide to us when purchasing the Service is accurate. For reservations that have been successfully made, your obligation is to verify the information of your booking before travel and notify us if there are any issues. We cannot be held responsible if the information entered at the time of making your booking request is inaccurate. You will need to present your email to the driver at the start of your trip. We reserve the right to refuse the transfer if the booking email is not shown.
Prices and Payment
Information about the prices of Services and payment methods is available on our website. The applicable price of any Service is the price shown on our website at the date and time of your request. We strive to ensure that our prices displayed on our website are accurate, but the price of your order must be confirmed by us as part of the approval process. By accepting these terms and conditions when the price of the Service is confirmed, you waive your right to have the transfer fare calculated using a taximeter.
We will notify you if the actual price of the Service is higher than that stated in your order, and you can cancel the order and decide whether or not to purchase the Service at the actual price.
Changes and Cancellations by You
Requests for changes must be submitted by email to: info@golden-taxi-krk.hr or directly to the mobile number +385 95 5625 122. Although we will attempt to assist, we cannot guarantee that every request for change will be fulfilled. Changes and cancellations will be accepted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Changes and Cancellations by Us
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if we have to make a significant change to your confirmed services or cancel them. We will also use all reasonable efforts to find alternative services for you at no additional charge.
Your Responsibilities
If you do not show up at the starting point at the agreed time ("no-show" situation), without informing us of the delay or canceling the service, we reserve the right to charge for the service from the remainder of the total reserved services.
Our Responsibilities
We agree to provide the service professionally and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia. We guarantee that all vehicles used for transfers are registered and insured in accordance with Croatian laws. The price of the service includes personal insurance.
We are not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances.
If the service was not performed or was partially performed due to our fault, we will be obliged to compensate for the damage caused by our failure to comply with the contracted services.
We are not obliged to accept the aforementioned luggage. We are not responsible for the contents of the luggage.
If the selected vehicle is not available, we have the right to transport passengers with another suitable vehicle.
If You Have a Complaint
If you encounter an issue with your service, please call us using the numbers provided on our website. Failure to inform us of your problem at this point may affect our ability to investigate the matter complained of.
If you have any complaints about the service after your return, regarding services booked with us, you should direct them to us by email at: info@golden-taxi-krk.hr or by post to: Hlapa 6, 51514 Dobrinj, Croatia. We will attempt to resolve all service complaints within 30 days of the notification of the complaint.
